I acknowledge and agree that all personal data provided by me, whether verbally, in writing, and/or electronically, including any data that identifies or may identify my identity and contact details, may be processed by SFP for the purposes outlined below and shared, where necessary, with its affiliates, service providers, business partners, and platform participants, including investors, searchers, and relevant third parties.

- Contact Information: Email address, phone number, address, IP address, and similar data
- User & Platform Data: Account information, user activity, preferences, and interactions within the platform
- Visual and Audio Records: Profile photos, uploaded content, and other visual/audio materials shared within the platform
- Transaction & Interaction Data: Communications, requests, feedback, and any interactions carried out through the platform
- Technical Data: Log records, device information, cookies, and usage analytics
I understand and agree that my personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Provision, operation, and improvement of Search Fund Plus services
- Matching users with relevant investors, opportunities,and business counterparts
- Communication regarding platform updates,opportunities, and support services
- Conducting analytics, reporting, and business development activities
- Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
I acknowledge that my personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside my country of residence, provided that appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
I confirm that I have been informed of my rights under applicable legislation, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of my personal data, as well as the right to withdraw my consent at any time.
