All intellectual property rights related to the Search Fund Plus platform, including but not limited to software, systems, designs, methodologies, trademarks, and content, are owned by or duly licensed to Search Fund Plus Danışmanlık A.Ş. (“SFP”) and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Registered and Filed Rights

SFP has secured and/or pursued protection for various intellectual assets associated with its platform and services.

These protections may include, where applicable, design rights, copyrights, trademarks, and patent applications covering certain proprietary elements, technologies, and content developed by SFP.

Certain aspects of the platform, including its branding, creative outputs, and underlying systems, may be subject to registered rights or ongoing applications.

Protection Scope

All intellectual property listed above, including pending applications, constitutes proprietary technology, know-how, and business assets of SFP. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercialization of these assets is strictly prohibited.

Pending patent applications are protected to the extent permitted under applicable laws and, once granted, will confer full exclusive rights where applicable.

Restrictions

Users of the platform may not:

  • Copy, reverse engineer, or replicate any part of the platform or its underlying systems
  • Use SFP intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent
  • Attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or system architecture
  • Use any trademark, design, or copyrighted material of SFP without authorization

Enforcement

SFP reserves all rights to initiate legal proceedings, including civil and criminal remedies, in case of any infringement or unauthorized use of its intellectual property rights.
