- the timing or duration of any search process
Any references on the Site or within the platform to efficiency, structure, coverage, opportunity generation, or deal flow reflect intended operational methodologies and platform capabilities, not guaranteed results.
2.2 No Time-Based Commitments
Search processes, acquisition pipelines, and transaction outcomes are inherently dependent on external factors beyond the control of Search Fund Plus.
Accordingly, Search Fund Plus makes no representations or guarantees regarding the duration, timing, or speed of any search or transaction process.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
Users agree that any claim arising out of or related to the Services must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.
7. Modifications to the Terms
